Kids love cupcakes and this is our go-to recipe whenever we fancy a bit of baking.
100g Caster Sugar
100g Self Raising Flour
You will need cupcake cases and a 12 cup muffin tray.
Preheat your oven to 180C or gas mark 4.
Beat the butter and sugar together until it’s all mixed. Beat in the 2 eggs. Add the flour and mix in until it’s all combined into a nice beige batter.
Pop the cases in the muffin tray and spoon in the mix. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until lovely and golden.
