Caring for Ourselves
This week, we are thinking about how we can care for ourselves.
We are always thinking about, how we can help and care for other people. But what about you? How can you be kind to yourself? You are very important too.
See if an adult can write your ideas down, creating something similar to the picture above maybe? Or draw different shapes as you go. There are some lovely ideas in the picture to help you start but can you think of anything else?
Can you draw a picture or get your adult to take a photo of you doing something, which is showing taking care of yourself?
