Eden Foundation Unit at Beechcroft St Paul’s CE Primary School

Our Foundation stage at school offers early years provision for children from the age of 2 years 9 months old . This means we can take your child from the term of their 3rd birthday. Government funding is available the term after they turn 3.

Our aim is to provide an accessible, stimulating, caring and relaxed environment where all children feel safe, valued, nurtured and able to learn. We provide activities and experiences that reflect individual interests and learning styles, enabling the children to begin to make sense of the world around them.

Our Foundation Unit provides both morning and afternoon sessions, with the option of children attending all day and staying for lunch. The Foundation Unit is located  next to the Reception class and is run by a professional and highly qualified team.

Activities and experiences are chosen to stimulate, challenge and progress each and every child in the seven areas of learning in line with the Early Years Foundation stage Framework.

Session times:

Morning: 9.00am to 12.00pm

Afternoon: 12.00pm-3.00pm

Cost

We are an accredited provider and can receive Nursery Education Funding for both the 15 hours and 30 hours. If you are eligible for the 30 hours then entitlement codes need to be given the term before you wish to claim. The provision costs £4.00 an hour.

Morning Session £12.00

Afternoon Session £10.50
