For many children (and adults!), the current Coronavirus outbreak will be deeply worrying. They may be concerned for family members and friends, be worried about what they hear from different places and be scared by the unknown.
Whilst we cannot take away their worries, there are ways to offer reassurance and routine, which is often key to feeling safe and secure.
