Mindfulness activity- listening
For our mindfulness challenge you will need to sit in your garden, or listen out of a window .
Sit as still and as quiet as you can. Once you are comfortable slowly close your eyes.
Listen to the noises around you.
What can you hear?
Can you hear the birds singing, traffic moving or people talking?
Stay still and concentrate on the sounds you can hear.
When you are ready , slowly open your eyes. Have a stretch .
Can you now draw a picture of all the things you could hear.
