Try something new!
As it is healthy eating week, I wonder how many of you could challenge yourselves into trying some new healthy foods?
Ask your grown ups to find 3 new healthy foods that you have never tried before and talk about, what is it called? what does it look like? do you cut it, peel it or eat it as it is? how it feels in your mouth, what it tastes like and whether it is hot or cold.
