Have a go at writing a Spring shape poem.

Poems are jam packed with description, so use your expanded noun phrases and comparisons.

Expanded noun phrases - adjective, adjective noun. e.g. bright, golden sun. feathery, white seeds.

Remember to separate adjectives with a comma.

Comparisons - use 'like' to compare it to somethings that everyone will know and it needs to be relevant. e.g. heavy as an elephant, yellow like a daffodil, soft like a teddy bear
