Welcome to Cheeky Monkeys after School Club
Cheeky Monkeys is our Extended School Care Provision for children in the Reception Class through to Year 6 who attend Beechcroft St. Paul's Primary School.
We are able to offer 24 spaces in each day in the breakfast club and afterschool sessions. The club session in the morning runs from 8.00am. The afterschool session runs from the end of the school day until 5.45pm and aims to offer a friendly, nurturing space for children to be after school.
At Cheeky Monkeys we understand the importance of a relaxed environment where children can choose their own activities both inside and outside, mixing with different aged children in a fun and stimulating environment. you’ll find us located in the school hall.
Refreshments
We offer the children a free selection whole grain breakfast options which they may enjoy during our morning sessions (served between 8.00am – 8.20am).
Children are offered a light snack with the choice of water, blackcurrant or orange squash. This is offered at 4pm daily.
Booking in
We have a booking system that enables you flexibility to accommodate your needs of wrap around care. We run each session on a ratio of 1:12 adult:child ratio.
If you wish to have regular sessions within Cheeky Monkeys you will be required to complete a ‘regular booking in sheets’. Depending on availability your sessions will be confirmed.
Ad hoc bookings can also be made for Cheeky Monkeys depending on availability of the day requested. These sessions can be booked though completion of ‘Ad hoc booking slip’ through Cheeky Monkeys, the school office over the telephone, or email cheekymonkeys@beechcroft.dsat.org.uk
Once you have booked your child in for these sessions they remain booked on permanent basis with the exception of ‘Ad Hoc’ bookings. Please note that, cancellations must be made prior to 9.30am on the day of attendance for after school sessions. Morning sessions must be cancelled prior to 5.30pm the day before the booked morning. If no cancellation is made this will result in a charge for the first hour of care.
Invoices
The cost of care is £4.50 per hour or part of an hour per each child.
The cost of care after 5.10pm- 5.45pm is £2 due to not being able to offer a full hour.
You will be invoiced around during the first week of each month for the care your child received during the previous month. Invoices should be paid and cleared within 4 weeks of the invoice date.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or BACs Online. All money is receipted on School copies of invoices unless asked for a personal receipt.
Non payment (within the 4 weeks) will result in your child not being bale to attend Cheeky Monkeys.
Bank Details
When paying online please ensure your child’s name is put in the Reference space, without this we cannot match the payment to your child’s invoice.

Late Collections
Late collection from Cheeky Monkeys (past 5.45pm) will result in late collection fee being added to your invoice of £7.00 per half an hour.
