  • Celebrating our wonderful work!

    Tue 12 Feb 2019

This week, our staff will be refreshing the display boards in our corridors.  Each class has chosen some really wonderful work that they want to show off to all who visit our school.  All children have been working hard to showcase their very best presentation skills or artistic talent.  We look forward to showing all visitors just how exciting learning is at Beechcroft St. Paul's!

    Thu 07 Feb 2019

This Friday, we will be announcing the very first class that our Beechcroft teddy bear will be visiting.  The class that achieves first place in our weekly attendance race will get to name the bear and have him inside the classroom all week!

We can't wait to announce our winner tomorrow in our newsletter ...look out for it!

  • Presentation awards!

    Tue 05 Feb 2019

In last week's assembly, we handed out the pride in presentation awards to children who had shown particular effort in the presentation of their work.  It was great to see the copies of the beautiful work that were then popped into a picture frame and hung up on the wall of fame at the back of our school hall!  All children received a certificate and special badges have been ordered.  Well done to all children involved - I can't wait to see who will be showing their work next month.

  • Engaging learning at Beechcroft!

    Fri 01 Feb 2019

We are having a great time today!  all the children at Beechcroft have been busy learning and I have seen some really great work being produced.  Year 2 have been poets, using great imagery to describe the snow-thank you for reading these to me! Year 6 have been hard at work (very challenging maths work!); Reception have been busy and are on task with their engaging activities.  I will be popping back into classes this afternoon and can't wait to see what is happening!
